In this training, you will learn about contemporary approaches for the ongoing and periodic monitoring of critical case file information for regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Topics include the development of risk-informed survey items, periodic and targeted review strategies, sampling approaches, the composition of a review team, technologies utilized during case reviews, and stakeholder-tailored review output and utilization. You'll also hear from State VR Agencies about their case review tools, processes, and utilization of the results.
